Hi there, I just did a search for this record and it brought me here. I remember this band well. One of them was in my class at school (in Grimsby, North Lincolnshire). His name was Michael Clift. The band was a three piece with a red-headed girl and another guy who I don't remember very well. I saw them play locally a few times and I ended up recording a single out of Cargo Studios a year or so later. (Both inspired by the Gang Of Four/Joy Division connection I suspect!).
Fun - thank you!
ReplyDeletethanks I love the blog!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting both tracks but there's an indie new wave-punk label interested in re-releasing the 45 in the near future.
ReplyDeleteAll the best,
K.
Ok, no problem... I removed the download link. Can you please provide more information (what label, estimated release date, etc.)?
ReplyDeleteThanks.
